The Factorial

The factorial, represented by a natural number with an exclamation mark after it, is a value obtained by multiplying all the natural numbers leading up to our chosen number.

Example: 2-factorialExample 2: 5-factorialAs a function, it could be of the formThe factorial is the fastest growing elementary function. If you pick larger and larger numbers, the factorial of those numbers will grow faster than any other elementary function.

BY CONVENTION, THE FACTORIAL OF 0 IS 1, NOT 0!!!
