The current flowing through the load is called the phase current(and voltage) and the one through any line is called the line current(voltage)
In a delta connection the line voltage is higher than the phase voltage And, in a delta connection the line current is higher than the phase current. If the impedances of the loads are equally distributed among three phases, such a load is called a balanced load.
